I have forgotten my account username or password, now what?

If you have forgotten your username or password please visit the lost your password page for the option to send yourself a Password reset email.

What methods of payment are accepted?

PayPal, credit, and debit card payments are accepted via our PayPal pro checkout. Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and Bank transfers are all accepted.

How long before my product is shipped?

Products are shipped between 1-4 days once full payment has been received. If there are any delays longer than the 4 days you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be provided should you decide to cancel your purchase.

What are your shipping methods?

We use Swiss Post registered A or B post in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Priority Post in other areas of Europe. We post to the rest of the world by request only.  We only ship external cushions covers to to the USA and Australia.

If you have an urgent request, we can organise a courier service.  Please contact us directly for individual pricing and details.

How long will it take before my items arrive?

In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, usually within 1 – 3 working days after the product has been shipped. The rest of Europe it varies between 3 – 14 days.  Please contact us directly for worldwide transit times.

Which countries do you ship to?

We predominantly cater to:

Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom (UK), Andorra, Finland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden.

We are able to ship worldwide by request only.  Contact us direct for shipping options, pricing and shipping times.

We only ship external meditation cushion covers to the USA and Australia.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

Naturally we will replace all items if they have been damaged through transit. We use a registered, sign for postal service ensuring that the meditation cushions are stored in a dry location if they are not collected at the door.  We are not responsible for items  items are left outside to be collected at a later time.

Can I return my item?

All items maybe returned, please send us an email within fourteen days, to discuss the reasons why. Details on the contact page. After fifteen days from the receipt, items can no longer be exchanged or refunded. Once approved the items should be sent back within fourteen days at your cost and arrive in full resalable condition. Once the items have arrived and been approved, we will refund the total price of the products that have been returned

Where can I see the actual products before I make a purchase?

If you are in Zurich, we are happy to arrange an appointment time for you to view the product.  We are located 10 minutes from the centre of the city.
